FAQs

  • How do I place an order?
    By Phone or Whatsapp: 266 9094 By email : orders@flindtgourmet.com Please note orders are not finalised until you receive a message back from a member of the Flindt Team confirming your order.
  • How much notice do I need to order?
    At least 3 days in advance, but we recommend as much notice as possible especially at busy times such as Christmas.
  • Where are you located?
    We are located near the Lancaster Roundabout. Heading North on Highway 2, when you get to the Lancaster Roundabout (chefette on your right), go straight over continue heading north. Almost immediately, Take the 2nd left turn (cart road), just before you reach a field and a large white Royal Westmoreland Sign. You will then see Flindt Gourmet on your right.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    Credit (visa or mastercard) Debit Card Online Bank Transfer Cash.
  • Do I need to make a deposit?
    At the moment you can pay when you collect. We will require 50% deposit for all Christmas season orders (December 15 - January 6)
  • Are decorations and Writing included in the Cake prices?
    Yes. We leave the design and decoration to the Chef, Carsten Flindt, however if you have any special requests please feel free to ask. Please advise on the wording for your cake. Extra decoration or themed cakes will incur additional charges. We also offer optional extras: Firework Candles, Personalised Cake Toppers etc.
  • Do you have Gluten Free Products?
    Yes, we have a few options for Gluten free and other special dietary needs. Please just ask!
