At least 3 days in advance, but we recommend as much notice as possible especially at busy times such as Christmas.
We are located near the Lancaster Roundabout. Heading North on Highway 2, when you get to the Lancaster Roundabout (chefette on your right), go straight over continue heading north. Almost immediately, Take the 2nd left turn (cart road), just before you reach a field and a large white Royal Westmoreland Sign. You will then see Flindt Gourmet on your right.

At the moment you can pay when you collect. We will require 50% deposit for all Christmas season orders (December 15 - January 6)
Yes. We leave the design and decoration to the Chef, Carsten Flindt, however if you have any special requests please feel free to ask. Please advise on the wording for your cake.
Extra decoration or themed cakes will incur additional charges. We also offer optional extras: Firework Candles, Personalised Cake Toppers etc.
Yes, we have a few options for Gluten free and other special dietary needs. Please just ask!
