Located in Lancaster, St. James, The Barn, originally built in the 1800’s is now the home of Flindt Gourmet!   Carsten has spent endless hours renovating this lovely building and surroundings ---  and when you visit, you will see how Carsten’s creativity extends far beyond the kitchen!

Primarily being used as Flindt Gourmet’s production kitchen, the Barn and its gorgeous setting is an ideal venue for all types of get-togethers, private lunches or dinners, pop up parties, celebrations and of course Carsten’s fun and interactive Cooking classes!
